....and Volume 37 .

Randy has re-posted the earlier Volumes 38 to 50, details are here . He seems to have overlooked Volume 1 for the moment.

Another week, another volume; here's Volume 36 .

I'm wondering, has anyone done anything similar to Randy - that is to collect every available recording by a single artist or band and then make the whole lot available on the internet for free? The nearest I can think of is the Jack Hylton Archive and I have the feeling that's not complete. Any others?

Randy has switched to another file-sharing service for Volume 30 . He hasn't given a reason. I found that it worked perfectly and the volume was quicker to download, taking a couple of minutes, than previous volumes with the free version of RapidShare. People who have paid up for the premium version of RapidShare might feel a trifle miffed though!

It was a 1932 hit by Ted Black and his Orchestra, possibly he wrote it, but extensive Googling doesn't seem to give an answer.

If you find out let us know smile.gif

In the film it was played by Jack Hylton (recording). The Anson Weeks version is in the Dismuke playlist.

Volume 26 .

Halfway there and time for a re-think. I'm perfectly happy to post these weekly reminders of Randy's latest releases, it's really no trouble at all, but is Bob the only Dismuker to find them helpful? I could just send him a PM each time instead of making this thread longer and longer. Anyone who would like me to continue with the present routine please post to let me know.
