Hi!
Hi
i want to share with you two nice recordings by Francisco Canaro and his orchestra, recorded in Buenos Aires in 1929. I hope than you enjoy it!

ISABEL
(Adrian Russo)
(Fox Trot)
Odeon 4600-A
Buenos Aires, Argentina, 23 Dec 1929

Lyrics
Isabel, por favor te lo pido,
esta vida no puede seguir;
considera que soy tu marido
ante Dios y el Registro Civil.
Isabel mira bien lo que haces,
mira bien ¡Isabel, Isabel!...
Dame un beso y hagamos las paces
que tu boca, ¡tu boca es de miel!

Isabel, please I ask you,
This life can not go;
considers I'm your husband
before God and the Civil Registry.
Isabel looks at what you're doing,
looks good Isabel, Isabel! ...
Give me a kiss and make peace
your mouth, your mouth is honey!

LOS CALESEROS
(Ernesto Lecuona Casado)
(Shimmy)
Odeon 4620-A
Buenos Aires, Argentina, 20 Nov 1929

*My thanks to my friend Renato Menare for the loan of original Odeon 78 rpm
