That's some beautiful music you have there, Gregory. Thanks for sharing! I can listen to it all day. I recognize some tunes, but there are too many that I don't know. I'll wait to see if somebody else takes a stab at identifying them before I add my two cents.

By the way, I'm in Ensenada, BCN, just south of you.

I don't take credit for it... I have hundreds of midi files of scanned rolls from mainly these two sites online:

http://www.trachtman.org/rollscans/RollListing.php

and

http://members.shaw.ca/smythe/archive.htm

I've been "redressing" them and featureing them on my page:

or http://gregoryagogo.multiply.com (click on the blog tab)

Roll 4: "Give My Regards to Broadway"

Roll 7: "By the Light of the Silvery Moon"

Roll 14: "Tea for Two" (I think).

Sorry, I don't recognise any of the others.

Yeah... If I heard these, recognize them too! (remember I'm only through 1-5 so far! I have to pace myself!)

Remember if you visit my site, I'm posting many many more fun rolls there, and all can be download there... I post the sheet music cover, the lyrics... it's a "whole song" experience!!! Plus, I post a recorded version of the song too nicely linked to the roll page.

Nice selection of medley piano rolls.

Some of the tunes are:

#1 - Poor Butterfly; Kiss Me Again; and Down Where the Lanterns Glow
#2 - Last one is "The Tickle Toe"
#3 - ???
#4 - Besides "Give My Regards", there is also "I Wonder Who's Kissing Her Now". Which reminds me of the old joke "What is her 'Now'?"
#5 - "Glow Worm" is in there
#6 - has, A) La Paloma, cool.gif My Wild Irish Rose, and C) Just a Song At Twilight, among others

I'll try some more tomorrow.

John
