Hi, I Am Scrambling To Look For At Least A Decent Piece Of Info On A Certain Song Heard In Two Looney Tunes Called You Never Know Where Your Going Till You Get There, It Is So Hard To Find That Its Not Anywhere!!! I've Check In Song Lists Of The People Who Wrote And it's Not There! (As If The Song Was Such A Flop, That it's Forgotten To Point Of When there's Nothing Left Of it), Can Someone PLEASE PLEASE post A Piece Of Info On The Song And The Lyrics, I'd Really Appreciate It.

I am familiar with the song because of its use in Looney Tunes also - it was written by the team of Sammy Cahn and Jule Styne for the film Cinderella Jones (1946).
I know this much of it by heart.... You Never Know Where You're Going Till You Get There You Never Know Where You're Going Till You Get There The Seargent told us "This is it" We shoved off in the dark We pulled right into shore again And learned to disembark. You Never Know Where You're Going Till You Get There You may be off to Egypt or to Nome If anyone wants to hear it, Sylvester sings this at around 3:11 in Back Alley Oproar. Thanks I Think We'd Have Something In Common Because Most Of The Popular Music I Know Comes From Cartoons. By The Way, Do You Mind Helping Me On A Couple Of Other Stuff??? and Sorry If I'd annoyed You But,
What's The Title Song Heard In The Credits Of Doggone Cats??? (I Think It's An Untitled Song Written By Carl Stalling) And How about That Song Heard In The Credits Of Baby Bottleneck?? |
