1930's radio star Shirley Bell the voice of Little Orphan Annie from 1930 to 1940 has died aged 89. Shirley was also a talented singer and dancer in the 1920's.

In another thread in the music forum, I mentioned Franklyn MacCormack. He's the announcer on this broadcast. When I heard him he was about 30 years older, but it's definitely his voice.
